Bernard J. Harmon has over 30 years of experience in institutional fixed income products. Mr. Harmon was previously with Burnham and Co. as a partner in the fixed income department and Drexel, Burnham and Co. as First Vice President in charge of Corporate Syndicate.

Mr. Harmon received his B.S. Degree from City College of New York, and hid MBA from New York University. Mr. Harmon also holds a Law Degree from Yale University.
