Roger Kumar, Jr. is a co-founder and Managing Director of PMK Securities and Research, Inc.

Mr. Kumar has spent most of his career as a buy-side analyst and hedge fund manager. Accordingly, Mr. Kumar acts in an advisory capacity to various foreign and domestic institutional clients in the area of alternative investments. Mr. Kumar has also worked with private companies in an investment and merchant banking capacity.

Mr. Kumar received a Masters Degree in Management Studies and Industrial Relations from Oxford University in Oxford, England. He also studied Finance in a special program at the London School of Economics.
